Teams may register on-site only if maximum has not been met or teams fail to register before the deadline. Teams will be registered under one name. The day of the event, your team will select a name.

How to Register: Registration shall take place online, using a major credit card or Paypal payment options. Click Here to Register.

The Rundown: Team check-in begins at 7:00 pm. In addition, any individuals interested in playing but do not have a team will be considered free agents who will be paired with other free agents in order to form additional teams. All teams will be finalized by 7:45 pm, which is when schedules will be distributed to each team. Play will begin promptly at 7:30 pm. Refer to the schedules to determine which events your team will be participating in for each round. Each event will have a referee/scorekeeper on site to manage disputes, discuss rules, and record the winning team. Each team must first check in with the referee on site prior to starting all events. All events will take place in Barley’s House’s Party Room.

The Rules: Every member of a team will participate in the team events, which are flip cup and beer chug. If a team has only four players on it, the team must designate a player to go twice in a particular round. The remaining events (corn hole, and beer pong) are doubles events. Each team will designate two players to compete in those events. Each player on a team may not compete in any more than two doubles events, and each team must designate a female to compete in at least one doubles event.

The Points: One point will be awarded to each team as it wins an event. No points are awarded for the losing teams of each event. Every team will play in every event exactly once. At the conclusion of the main event with all the teams, the scores will be tallied and the highest scoring teams will enter a playoff. More details will follow throughout the event. A BONUS point is offered to teams dressing to show their team spirit!

The Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishing teams. Also, gambling on teams is highly encouraged. During check-in, players and spectators will have the opportunity to bet on the winning team. Each bet will carry 2 to 1 odds for all teams with one girl on the team and 3 to 1 odds for all teams with two or more girls on the team.

The Fundraiser: Ashley Frantz is raising money to pay for her Study Abroad Trip to Japan in March 2011 for a Field Experience in Supply Chain Management. Ashley is an Operations and Supply Chain Management Student at Cleveland State University. Ashley needs to raise over $4000 for travel and education expenses related to the trip.
